Should a print error or a visible quality issue be present, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund. As all products are meticulously made to order, we regret that we are unable to accept general returns or returns related to sizing discrepancies.
Critical Policy Affirmations
Our official Merchant Return Policy confirms that customers are allotted 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to formally request a return or exchange for any eligible item exhibiting quality issues. This policy extends to all products sold on the ADLEST shop and adheres fully to global standards for product returns.
Shipping Details:
We offer Complimentary and Expedited Shipping to the United States (US) on all orders. We ship worldwide. The estimated delivery timeframe for US orders is 5 to 10 business days, while international times vary based on location. All shipping and fulfillment is managed entirely by our trusted partner, Fourthwall.
Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Every product is custom-made specifically for you upon order placement. Should you need to cancel or modify your order, please utilise the designated link provided within your confirmation email. You retain the ability to edit your order at any time prior to it entering the production phase. Once production has commenced, eligibility for a replacement or resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Post-delivery, you have a period of 30 days to formally address any quality issues.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
It must be noted that donations and tips are non-cancellable and therefore non-refundable. Once your checkout process for donations or tips has been successfully completed, we are unable to facilitate any cancellation or refund.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your dedicated Billing page. Please be aware that any cancellation will take effect only after the conclusion of your current membership subscription period ends. There shall be no refund or cancellation for the current, ongoing subscription period.
Damaged Goods and Quality Issues
For the most expedient resolution, please furnish a photograph that clearly demonstrates the quality issue, such as a print error or a damaged area of the item, alongside your complete order number. The most optimal photographs are those taken on a flat surface, with the product tag and the error plainly visible. Refunds Policies
Product Orders Refund Policy
Given the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders remain non-refundable unless they meet these specified requirements and you provide supporting evidence via a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will typically reflect back in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit or debit card will generally appear back in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, the exact timing depending on your specific bank's policies.
Donations and Tips Refund Policy
Donations and tips are strictly non-refundable. Following the completion of your checkout payment, we are unable to cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Membership Subscriptions Refund Policy
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You always retain the option to cancel your membership at any time, with the cancellation becoming effective at the termination of your current subscription period. No refund will be provided for the currently active membership subscription period.
Locked Messages Refund Policy
Locked messages are non-refundable. Once your checkout payment has been successfully completed, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. Should you encounter any issues accessing the locked message after payment, kindly contact us at adlestclothingbrandcustomerser@gmail.com. We will be pleased to troubleshoot the problem and seek a viable resolution for you.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments utilising credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and, depending on your geographic location, we may also accept Klarna/AfterPay and other local payment methods.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to the imposition of import taxes, duties, and various other customs charges. These charges fluctuate by country, and as such, we are presently unable to calculate them in advance. Should any such fee be levied on your package, the payment of that fee remains your responsibility.
