• Visible manufacturing defects or print errors.
• Incorrect items received.
• Reports submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable

As our products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot issue refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Change of mind after production has begun.
• Donations, tips, or active membership fees.

The Process

To initiate a refund, please provide clear photo evidence of the defect along with your order number. Our team will verify and process your request within 48 hours.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method:

• PayPal: Approximately 24 business hours.
• Credit Cards: 7-10 business days (varies by bank).

Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled prior to entering the production phase. Once manufacturing starts, the order is considered final.
